24 Hour Service

We offer 24 Hour Emergency Service. If you have a problem with a piece of equipment that you have rented from Reliable Equipment Rental please call our office immediately at (706) 364-8640. If it is after hours you will get our answering service, who will contact a representative.

Weekend Rental Rates

Our special rates include all weekend (Fri-Sun) for the price of one day! For Weekend Rentals, Reliable Equipment Rental only charges a one-day fee. (Includes 8 hours use on machines with an hour meter.) Rental rates start when the equipment is picked up or delivered (after 3pm on Fridays or from 7am-Noon on Saturdays.) Equipment must be returned on the following Monday by 8am. There is an additional delivery charge if the equipment is delivered.

Please read the following.

If you have a problem with a piece of equipment that you have rented from Reliable Equipment Rental please call our office immediately at (706) 364-8640. If it is after hours you will get our answering service, who will contact a representative.

If you have a flat tire, we recommend Moody Tire, (706) 868-7680 or Jim Whitehead Tire (706) 738-5126. These are also 24 hour numbers. If you do not get an answer from either tire company, please call the Reliable Rental phone number. Please remember that flat tires are the customer’s responsibility and you should be prepared to pay Moody Tire or Jim Whitehead when they finish their work.

Please be aware that you will receive your piece of equipment clean and full of fuel. Please return the equipment clean and full of the appropriate fuel Gas/Diesel. If you are unsure of which fuel is needed please call and ask. A cleaning charge will be assessed for equipment that has not been cleaned.

Also, please be aware that rentals are for time out, not time used. Inclement weather events (rain, ice, etc…) do not stop the rent. Overtime rates apply to any machine being run longer than 8 hours per one day rental, 40 hours per weekly rental or 160 hours per 4 week period.
